Our Delivery Terms and Conditions No deliveries to any student at a school or college. No deliveries to any government facility, state hospital, the airport or Boeing. We will no longer accept an order going to a resident, unless you agree that it is your responsibility, not ours, to make sure that someone will be there to accept the order! If no one is available to accept an order, we will try to get a neighbor to accept the order, otherwise it will be left near the front door. We only deliver to St. Louis city and county! Regular Delivery ($9.00) Mon - Sat only! (We use Hayden Floral Delivery. The first delivery pick up is around 8:00a.m. and these orders reach the recipient in the early afternoon. The second pick up is around Noon and these orders reach the recipient in the late afternoon (may be as late as 6:00 p.m.). For same-day delivery, we recommend that you place your order before 11a.m. Orders placed after 11a.m. will be delivered the same-day, but may arrive as late as 6p.m., after many businesses are closed. It is your responsibility, not ours, to make sure that someone will be there to accept the flowers!

We don't deliver to a church anymore!
1 out of 3 times, churches does not have a full time person to answer our phone calls for us to find out the
visitation time, and then no one there to accept the order, and last, somehow they drop and/ damage
arrangements because it was too heavy for some 80 year old volunteer, then the sender blames us
for theese problems out of our control.



Note: We will not offer any roses between Feb. 1 and Feb. 22
because all the rose growers more than double our cost for roses
and the roses that they send us are not up to our usual standards
because they may have been in the growers cold storage for weeks!

We will be substituting other flowers for the roses that may be in arrangements.


You agree that ABPS Florist will not be responsible or held liable for:

- Flowers delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.

- Damage or lost of arrangements after delivery is signed for.

- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.

- Decreased flower and plant quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or any type of route or time
change requested by the sender, or in the case we are forced to leave an order with a neighbor or near the door.

- Recipient refused orders. If recipient refuses an order, the customer will still be responsible for payment in full.

- Deliveries placed for undeliverable addresses, such as locked buildings, a military base, the Boeing campus,
any government office or building, most schools and universities, the airport or any facility with
tight security restrictions.

- We are not responsible for delays because of bad weather conditions or traffic delays,
or any other act beyond our control, or any act of nature.

- We will not be responsible for any order going to Hutchens Mortuary, they have damaged of our orders in the past,
plus they refuse to sign that they accepted an order.

It is your responsibility and not ours, to make sure that someone will be at a hospital to accept a delivery from us.
Most hospitals will only give our discharge information to a family member, and not a florist!

Because we only sell perishable goods, No refunds or cancellations once an order has been started!
In order to provide our customers with the highest quality fresh flowers, occasionally, it may be necessary for us
to substitute other flowers of equal value for those shown in arrangements.
Colors may vary due to seasonal availability. Containers, baskets and vases may also vary.
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a
substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are unable to contact you
by the phone number or email address you gave us.

If sender requests a re-delivery, the sender agrees to pay full delivery charge again!

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY: By purchasing from this site via credit card, buyer agrees to the following: if any credit card purchase from this site results
in a chargeback (canceled payment) to ABPS, for any of the above reasons, the buyer agrees to make restitution to ABPS for the full amount of the original sale
within thirty (30) days of the chargeback and you will be held responsible for all collection fees, attorney's fees, chargeback fees and court costs in the event that
ABPS must enforce this agreement on a chargeback initiated by the cardholder.



Please order 24 hours in advance or substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement
is delivered in a timely manner. We will use similar products of equal or greater value.
